Troubleshooting

Confirm the module is published, assigned to a real template position, and assigned to the correct menu items.
After changing parameters, clear Joomla cache if enabled, then hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5).
If no logos show for Individual logos, check that at least one row is Published = Show and has an image selected.
If no logos show for From folder, confirm the folder path is relative to the site root (e.g. images/sponsors) and contains supported image files.
Ticker too fast? Raise Transition Speed (e.g. 4800). In ticker mode higher ms = slower scroll.
Scroller stuck on the left? Set Horizontal Alignment to Center.
Media fields may include a #joomlaImage://… suffix — that is normal; the module removes it when rendering.
Prev/Next buttons only appear in Step mode.
No jQuery is required. Docs mentioning jCarousel apply only to versions before 1.8.
