This notice explains who owns the content on JoomlaX (joomlax.com), and how you can and can't use it. JoomlaX is owned and run by Infyways Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India ("Infyways").

1. Copyright

All graphics, text, content and code on our websites are protected by copyright law and international treaties. They may not be copied without the express permission of Infyways. Infyways reserves all rights in this material. Reusing any of this content or graphics for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.

Our extensions are different. The extensions we sell, including their code, images, CSS, JavaScript and documentation, are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (GPL v2). You can use, change and share them under that license. See Licensing.

2. Demo content

Our demo sites show how a website could look with our extensions. The demo content itself, including text and images, isn't meant to be used by anyone else on live websites.

3. Trademarks

JoomlaX and Infyways Solutions Private Limited aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Open Source Matters or the Joomla Project. Joomla is a registered trademark of Open Source Matters.

4. Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Infyways isn't liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. That includes direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages and other losses.

We don't warrant or guarantee these products in any way. We can't guarantee they'll work with every third-party extension, component, plugin, module or other product.

Please test browser compatibility using the demos on our demo server. We can't guarantee our extensions will work with every browser combination.
