Troubleshooting

Confirm the module is published, assigned to a real template position, and assigned to the menu item you are testing.
After changing parameters, clear Joomla cache if site caching is enabled, then hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5).
Category filters need a category value on each slide (or article categories when using articles).
Deep links require URL Anchors ON; open a FAQ and share the hash from the address bar.
If Theme CSS looks wrong, reset the theme CSS in the Theme Editor, or switch away from Custom Styling.
