First-time setup

Three checks are enough before the first preview.

1. Open Components > Easy Preview As.
2. Tick Guest or a group such as Registered.
3. Choose Open Preview. The public site opens with a toolbar that names the group.

On a new install, Super Users can start a preview, and the Administrator group receives Start Preview. Manage Presets is a separate permission.
