Introduction

Easy Table of Contents builds a navigable outline from the headings already in your articles.

Visitors jump to a section, see the current heading highlighted, and can keep the outline in view on long pages. You can place it in the article or in a column beside the article.

No template override is required. Markup is scoped under the jx-etoc class so colours, corners, and the panel can match the template you already use.

• Auto insert, or {easy_toc} / {toc} where you want the outline
• Side rail on the left or the right, with a fixed width and a top offset
• Choose which headings appear, from a single level such as H2 only up to a range such as H2 through H4
