Refunds

Each shop refunds from its own order screen, and a full refund moves the order to the refunded status you chose.

• HikaShop: Business and Multisite can refund any remaining amount. Every edition can refund the remainder by changing the order to the refunded status when that option is on. Starter partial refunds are done in the Razorpay Dashboard.
• Phoca Cart: the order list has Refund via Razorpay for a full or partial amount.
• JoomShopping: the order shows a Razorpay panel. Keep the admin plugin enabled.
• J2Commerce: use the Refund payment action. Create a Refunded order status if the shop does not have one.

Razorpay returns the money to the original payment method. UPI refunds usually arrive within minutes to a few days. Cards and netbanking take 5 to 7 working days, according to Razorpay.
