Confirm the module is Published and assigned to a real template position and the correct menu items.
View page source and search for jx-sticky or jx-sticky-notify. If missing, the module is not rendering on that page.
If the notice never returns after closing, turn Test Mode ON temporarily, or call JxStickyNotification.reset(id), or clear cookies/local storage for the site.
Clear Joomla cache after changing parameters.
