All extensions sold on JoomlaX and developed by Infyways Solutions are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2.

This license applies to all components of the product, including but not limited to:

• Documentation

Under the GPL license, you may:

• Redistribute original or modified versions under GPL v2
• Retain original copyright and license notices

2. Relationship Between Infyways and JoomlaX

• Infyways Solutions is the legal entity responsible for sales, billing, support, licensing, and updates.
• JoomlaX is the brand/storefront used for distributing Infyways Joomla extensions.
• Payments are collected by Infyways Solutions through approved payment providers, including Razorpay.

3. Usage Terms

• You may install and use the extension on multiple domains.
• Support is provided only for the domain(s) registered with your license for X month(s) from the date of purchase.
• Our support system may verify that you have an active license before allowing you to submit support requests.
• You may modify the extension code, but issues caused by modified code are not covered under support.
• Custom development or extended support may be chargeable and will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

4. Modifications

You are free to modify the code of any Infyways extension in accordance with GPL v2. You may redistribute modified versions, provided that:

• GPL licensing information remains intact.
• Copyright and author notices remain intact.
• You clearly indicate if a redistributed version has been modified.

5. Updates and Upgrades

• Updates are provided for a period of X month(s) from the date of purchase.
• After this period, you may renew your license to continue receiving updates and support.

6. Downloads

• The extension can be downloaded an unlimited number of times for X days from the date of purchase.
• After the download validity period, you must renew your license to continue accessing downloads, updates, and support.

7. Payments

• All payments for digital products are processed securely through authorized payment providers such as Razorpay.
• By placing an order, you authorize Infyways Solutions to process the payment for the selected product(s) via JoomlaX.
• Infyways Solutions does not store or directly process your credit or debit card details.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software products and GPL licensing, all sales are final.

• No refunds
• No returns
• No exchanges

We encourage you to contact us with any questions before making a purchase to ensure the product meets your requirements.

9. Support Policy

Support provided by Infyways Solutions through JoomlaX may include:

• Bug fixes related to our extensions
• Assistance with installation issues
• General guidance on using the extension features

Support does not include:

• Custom feature development or customization
• Issues caused by third-party extensions, templates, or custom code
• Problems arising from modifications made to the extension by the user
• Server, hosting, or Joomla core issues that are not directly caused by our extension

10. User Responsibilities

By using our extensions, you agree that you will:

• Comply with all terms of the GPL license.
• Not misrepresent Infyways/JoomlaX products as your own original work.
• Not use our extensions for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Ensure that your server, hosting environment, and Joomla installation meet the technical requirements of the extension.

11. Limitation of Liability

Infyways Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:

• The use or inability to use our extensions
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Conflicts with third-party extensions, templates, or hosting environments

All products are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Termination

Infyways Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to downloads, updates, or support if:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are detected.
• License terms or usage policies are violated.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior is directed toward our support team.
