First-time setup
Follow these steps in order the first time. You can finish in a few minutes.
1. Create the module
- Go to Content > Site Modules > New.
- Select Easy Accessibility.
- Give it a Title (example: Accessibility toolbar).
- Choose a Position if you want, or leave it empty and still publish: the toolbar injects itself into the page.
- On Menu Assignment, choose the pages where it should appear (or On all pages).
- Set Status to Published.
2. Toolbar tab
- Pick launcher position (default Bottom right).
- Set accent colour if you want it to match your brand.
- Leave size Medium and scale 100 unless you need a larger launcher.
- Set Skip link target to your main content id if it is not
#main.
3. Features tab
- Leave all features on for a full demo, or disable tools you do not want.
- Drag Feature order if the panel order should change.
4. Save and check the front end
- Click Save.
- Open an assigned page. The launcher should appear.
- If something looks old, clear cache and hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5).
Student tip
Change one setting at a time, Save, then refresh so you can see what each option does.
