Configuration
Configuration decides when a rule must step aside for Joomla itself.
- Return to a page that refused them: when Joomla sent someone to login because a page refused them, and they can see that page after login, send them back.
- Keep an administrator deep link: when an administrator login already names a component to open, keep that link.
- External URLs: off, a host allow list, or a host block list. One host per line.
