Troubleshooting

If nobody moves after login, check the plugins, the published rule, and the cache.

1. Confirm System - Login Redirect Manager is enabled. If it is disabled, no redirect runs.
2. Confirm the rule is Published, the event is After login, and the site area includes the public site.
3. Confirm the destination is a real menu item or an internal URL, not the login page.
4. Clear Joomla cache and sign in again in a private window.
5. If the link includes rol=no, that request is supposed to skip the product.
6. Run the same person in the Simulator and read which rule wins or why it was skipped.

IP rules match IPv4 addresses. An IPv6 address will not match an IPv4 rule.
