Open a ticket at support.joomlax.com when a scan result does not match what you see in the files.

Include Joomla version, PHP version, the extension element (for example com_example), and a JSON export or screenshot of the finding group.

For a paid rewrite of a third-party extension, use Components > Migration Scanner > Paid support instead of a scanner ticket.
