Troubleshooting

If the Dashboard looks empty, confirm a scan finished and that you opened the latest scan.

• Scan never finishes

  • Lower Files per step in Configuration. Confirm PHP max_execution_time on staging. Start the scan again.

• An old scan is showing

  • The Dashboard uses the newest scan id. Run Scan site again after you install or update extensions.

• An extension is missing

  • Only enabled third-party extensions are inventoried. Core and disabled items are skipped.

• JavaScript files are not listed

  • This release reads PHP and XML only.

• Menu still says Preferences

  • Clear cache and open Configuration from the component submenu or the cog.
