Troubleshooting

Most missing icons come from a disabled plugin or a stale cache.

• The shortcode shows as plain text

  • Enable Content - Easy Social Icons under System > Plugins. Clear cache and hard-refresh.

• No floating button

  • Chat on must be Yes. The Brand Kit needs a WhatsApp number. System - Easy Social Icons must be enabled. Check hide-on-device and menu rules.

• The module position is empty

  • Publish the module, assign a position, and assign All pages or the menus you want. The Set id must match a Set in Configuration.

• Icons point at the sample profiles

  • Replace the sample URLs in the Brand Kit and Save. The demo numbers are not your live contacts.
