Module Setup
What the site module does
It places a ready-made trigger (button, text link, or image) in a module position. Clicking it opens another module in a popup. You configure everything in the backend — no shortcode needed on that page.
Step-by-step setup
- Go to Content → Site Modules → New.
- Choose type Pop Any Module.
- Give it a title (example: Header Login Popup). You can hide the module title on the page if you only want the button.
- Under Trigger Settings:
- Target Module — pick the module that should appear inside the popup.
- Trigger Type — Text / Button, or Image.
- For text/button: set Link Text, optional Icon Class, and Extra CSS Classes (try
ibtn ibtn-primary). - For image: choose Trigger Image, alt text, and size.
- Optional: Gallery Group (rel) and Hash Slug.
- Under Popup Behaviour: choose theme, width/height, effects, Hash ON/OFF, Lazy Load ON/OFF, gallery arrows/swipe.
- Assign a Position (example:
sidebar-right,menu, or your template position). - Under Menu Assignment, choose On all pages or Only on the pages you need.
- Set Status to Published and Save.
- Visit the front end and click the trigger.
Important notes
- Lazy Load ON needs the content plugin installed and enabled.
- Do not select Pop Any Module as its own target (recursive popups are blocked).
- The target module must be published. It does not need its own menu assignment if you only open it via popup (especially with lazy load).
- Caching: if the button text looks stuck after edits, set Caching to No Caching on this module, or clear cache.
