Refunds

Orders paid with Razorpay show a Razorpay box on Components, Phoca Cart, Orders, with the payment ID, amount paid, amount refunded, and a TEST badge in test mode.

• Leave the amount empty and click Refund via Razorpay to refund what is left. Confirm the prompt.
• Type an amount such as 250.50 for a partial refund and confirm.
• When the whole amount is refunded, the order moves to Order status when fully refunded. Larger amounts than what is left are refused. Only users allowed to edit Phoca Cart see the button.
• Dashboard refunds are recorded through refund.processed.

Razorpay returns the money to the original payment method. UPI refunds usually arrive within minutes to a few days. Cards and netbanking take 5 to 7 working days, according to Razorpay.
