All sales are final and we don't encourage refund or exchange!

Please review all features, documentation, and demos carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions regarding any Joomla extension sold through JoomlaX (joomlax.com), please contact us for clarification before purchasing. Do not assume any feature beyond what is explicitly shown in the demo or documentation.

Refund Policy

All extensions sold through JoomlaX are digital software products that are delivered instantly after a successful payment. Since digital products cannot be returned or “unused,” all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You purchased the product by mistake.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You decide not to use the product.
  • The product does not meet your expectations.
  • The product does not include features that were not advertised.
  • Your website template, extension, or server configuration conflicts with our extension.
  • You assumed functionality that was not demonstrated in the demo or documentation.
  • You are unable or unwilling to provide the required access for support.
  • You purchased the wrong extension.

Our demo sites, feature lists, and documentation clearly show how each extension works. Please ensure the product meets your needs before completing the purchase.

Exception — Only If the Product Cannot Be Made to Work

We recognize that server environments differ. Therefore, a refund may be considered only if all the below conditions are met:

  • You submit your first support ticket within 30 days of purchase.
  • The Infyways Solutions support team is unable to make the extension function on your server.
  • You provide complete access required for debugging:
    • Joomla Admin Access
    • FTP/SFTP Access
    • Database Access (if needed)
  • You cooperate fully and respond in a timely manner during troubleshooting.

If required access details are not provided or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, we cannot issue a refund.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and account/email used for purchase.
  • Finding a bug is not a valid reason for a refund. Bugs will be fixed promptly when reported.
  • We do not provide refunds because the software “is not what I need.”
  • We do not exchange one extension for another under any circumstances.
  • All refund-related decisions made by Infyways Solutions are final.
