First-time setup

Four checks are enough before the first Login as.

1. Open Components > Easy Login As > Configuration.
2. Under Who can be opened, leave Viewable groups on Registered unless support should open more groups.
3. Leave Protected groups including Administrator and Super Users.
4. Open Users > Manage, click Login as on an allowed account, then click Return on the blue bar.

The audit log should show a started row and then a returned row.
