Troubleshooting

Most missing buttons come from the account rules or from the plugin being off.

• No column on Users: confirm System - Easy Login As is enabled, you have Login as user permission, and you are on the Users list itself (not an edit screen).
• Protected, Blocked, or Not allowed: that is the rule, not a failed click. Check groups, block, and activation in Configuration.
• The link says it is invalid: it expired, was already used, or was opened in a browser that did not request it. Click Login as again.
• The new tab does not open: allow popups for the administrator, or use the note that appears on the Users page.
• They land on the home page: the Redirect URL was empty or pointed at another site. Set a same-site URL or a menu item.
• No shop button: that component is not installed, or the row could not be mapped to a Joomla user.
