Troubleshooting

  • Map is blank

    • Confirm the Google Maps API key in Options. Enable Maps JavaScript API for your key and domain. Clear cache and hard-refresh.

  • Search finds no places

    • Enable Geocoding API. Check Country Search Bias and radius. Confirm locations are Published with valid lat / lon.

  • Calculate Coordinates fails

    • Geocoding API must be enabled. Check address spelling and billing on the Google Cloud project.

  • Classic form looks broken on Helix

    • Keep component CSS enabled. Store Locator Pro ships isolation CSS for Bootstrap 5 templates. Hard-refresh after updates.

  • Only a few markers

    • Open Markers and confirm the catalog count. Version 3.0.1 restores 91 icons if an older install seeded fewer.

  • CSV export incomplete

    • Use Import / Export (not only the Locations list). Export loads all locations regardless of list pagination.
