Install pkg_easytabs_1.9.zip. It includes the system plugin and the Easy Tabs editor button.
Use lowercase curly braces, for example {etabs} with {tab Title}…{/tab} inside, then {/etabs}.
Yes. Uppercase {ETABS} / {TAB} and older [ETABS] / [TAB] inserts are still processed. Prefer the new lowercase curly syntax for new content.
20 styles and 24 named themes, plus a custom hex colour. That is more than 480 combinations.
Set defaults in the system plugin, or add attributes on the shortcode, for example style="pill" themecolor="dark-hive". Attributes can be in any order.
Yes. Use {etabs article="1,2,3"}{/etabs}. Article titles become labels and article content fills each panel.
With hash="true" (or URL Hash Deep Links enabled in settings), switching tabs updates the browser URL so a tab can be bookmarked or shared. It is off by default.
Pages with many tab sets can flood the URL history. Keep hash off globally, and turn it on only for sets that need deep links.
