A glossary is a folder for related terms. Most sites need only one at the start.
List tools
- New: create a glossary
- Publish / Unpublish / Delete: change selected rows
- Search: find by title
- Columns: show or hide table columns (same idea as Articles)
When to use more than one glossary
- Product help vs legal definitions
- Different brands or languages on one site
- The same spelling with different meanings in different article categories
