Troubleshooting

Nothing appears on the Team page

• Add at least one Published member. Confirm the menu item type is Easy Team > Team. Clear cache.

Module is missing

• Check Published, Position, and Menu Assignment. Confirm Data source has people to show.

Photos are missing

• Open the member (or module row) and confirm the Photo path in Media Manager. Upload into images/easy-team/ if you like a clean folder.

Category filters do not show

• Turn on Show filters (component) or Show Department Filter (module). You need more than one category/department in use.

Click does nothing useful

• For profile pages, set Link members to Yes. For a popup bio, set Link members to No and Bio modal to Yes. Social icons open their own sites on purpose.

Social icons missing

• Turn on Show Social. Fill URLs. Check Configuration > Social networks switches. Font Awesome must load in your template.

Carousel does not auto-advance

• Set Layout to Carousel, enable Auto-play, check Speed. Auto-play respects prefers-reduced-motion.

Old look after changing settings

• Save Configuration or the module, clear Joomla cache, then hard-refresh the browser (Ctrl+F5).

From component shows zero people

• Confirm com_easyteam is installed and members are Published. If you filtered by category, make sure those categories have members.
