Configuration: Business hours

Configuration > Business hours defines the SLA clock window.

• Day starts: 24 hour time such as 09:00
• Day ends: such as 17:00
• Working days: multi select Monday through Sunday (default Mon to Fri)

SLA policies with Use business hours only count minutes inside this window on selected days. Time outside the window pauses the clock.
