Guest ticket create
When Allow guest tickets is on, visitors submit with name and email only. When off, require Joomla login before submit.
Ticket access token
Each guest ticket carries a secure token in notification mail and confirmation links so the customer can reopen the thread without an account.
Passwordless My Tickets link
- Customer opens My Tickets and chooses Email me a link.
- They enter the address used on tickets.
- Easy Helpdesk sends the portal.access.customer template with a one time link.
- Link works once and expires after the minutes shown in the hint (placeholder
{portal_expiry}).
Find a ticket
Enter ticket number and email on My Tickets to open one ticket without signing in. Rate limiting applies after too many attempts.
Password sign in
When Offer a password sign in is on, registered users can also log in with Joomla credentials to see ticket history.
