Configuration: Security
Configuration > Security protects the public submit form.
- Enable CAPTCHA on ticket submit
- Ask visitors only: skip CAPTCHA for signed in users when Yes
- CAPTCHA provider: Built-in image CAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile
- Turnstile site key and secret key when using Turnstile
- CAPTCHA label, help text, reload button text for built-in CAPTCHA
Built-in CAPTCHA is session bound with a reload option. Turnstile needs valid keys from Cloudflare.
