Every setting on Components > Easy Helpdesk > Configuration, explained in plain language.

Allow guest tickets: visitors can open tickets without a site account
Default status / priority: starting values on new tickets
Show ticket type on submit: optional type field on the customer form
Enable attachments, folder path, max files, max KB, allowed extensions: upload policy
Ticket prefix: letters at the start of ticket numbers (default EHD)
Let customers reopen tickets: Reopen button on resolved/closed tickets
Ask for a rating: 1 to 5 stars after resolve/close
Allow splitting messages: staff can split a reply into a new ticket
Site / admin editor: which Joomla editor plugin to use, or inherit
Read-only demo usernames: comma list that can browse but not save

Offer the knowledge base: master switch for site KB, suggestions, and staff KB panel
