Configuration: Notifications

Configuration > Notification email

• Notify customers: master switch for requester emails
• Notify staff: master switch for agent emails
• Send HTML email: styled layout plus plain text alternative
• Send an auto reply: confirmation when a ticket opens (uses ticket.created.customer template)
• From name and From address: empty inherits Global Configuration
• Copy every notification to (CC) and Blind copy (BCC): optional archive addresses
• Header colour: HTML mail band colour
• Header content: text only, logo only, or logo and text
• Header text: optional label; empty uses the site name
• Header logo and alt: media image for the band when logo or both is selected
• Signature: available as {signature} in templates
• Attachment download links in email: fills {attachments} with public file links (not MIME attachments)
