Configuration: Staff screen panels

Configuration > Staff ticket screen toggles side panels on the frontend staff ticket view.

• Show the time log: minutes logged and add form
• Show suggested articles: KB search beside the ticket (when KB enabled)
• Show the custom field answers: submit form answers
• Show previous tickets: requester history
• Show the activity trail: audit of changes
• Show watchers: CC list and add form

Ticket details, requester card, and advanced actions always stay visible.
