Configuration > Portal controls frontend appearance.
- Portal theme: Minimal, Classic, Soft, or Ink
- Accent colour: buttons, links, tabs; shades and contrast calculated automatically
- Corners: Theme default, Sharp, Soft, or Round
- Portal width: Full, Narrow, Normal, Wide, or Custom (CSS length such as 1120px)
- Ticket form width: Inherit portal, Full, Narrow, or Custom
- Submit form columns: one or two columns for the ticket form layout
- Offer a password sign in: alongside the always available emailed My Tickets link
- Font: Inherit template, System, Serif, or Mono
- Row height: Cosy or Compact default for portal lists
- Header style: Gradient, Flat, or Plain on portal home
- Custom CSS: scoped with
